Personnel training is a priority for Securicorps and we work in partnership with specialized, approved training centers.

Changes in the law means that today personnel must be fully qualified and have a responsible approach to their professional rights and duties.

In France, the highest obligatory exam is the professional qualification certificate that is has been mandatory for security guards since the Ministerial Decree of 3 August 2007.

This change in the law means that our industry is finally recognized as a credible profession

But SECURICORPS doesn’t stop there. We go even further to make sure that our personnel are specialized in further training courses, for example:

Habilitation in electricity

SSIAP 1 :

A French certificate for security guards trained in fire protection and first aid

SSIAP 2 :

A French certificate for Security Team Leaders trained in fire protection and first aid

Security Team Leaders

Each diploma is valid for one year, and of course renewed each year to take new technology into account and remain efficient.

We also encourage our Team Leaders to take English lessons.
